CRU Group Inc. Acquires Shares of Maltmans Group International

The partners of CRU Group Inc. and Maltmans Group International are pleased to announce the acquisition of the shares of Maltmans by CRU. The new organisation will facilitate the continued growth of both organisations as recognised experts to a discerning and demanding market for high quality customer service in specialty insurance lines claims and loss adjusting services across Canada and the USA.

The partners of Maltmans, Tom Dorey, Craig Walker, Randy Ffrench and John Breese will be integral to the continued success of the business. “We are excited by the new opportunity and the future of Maltmans. We will continue with the firm, providing the superior adjusting and claims risk management services that is expected of us and the reputation of our firm.” For 65 years the firm has delivered the sophisticated and professional claims adjusting alternative that was the desire of the founder, FC Maltman in 1949 and with CRU these values will continue.
