Cunningham Lindsey Canada Claims Services Ltd. (“Cunningham Lindsey Canada”) has deployed five adjusters to Australia to join a team working on thousands of claims that followed severe storms in early May. They will remain in Australia for 6-8 weeks.  Another pair of adjusters have been requested and will leave as soon as possible.

Catastrophe (“CAT”) adjusters will assist local field adjusters on their caseloads, handle customer calls, provide reports and written communications, follow up with builders, etc. The goal is to get the claims processed quickly so the thousands of people affected can get their life back to normal.

New Zealand has also requested assistance from our CAT team.

“Kudos to Alastair Campbell (MCL Operations Manager, Australia) for the great service he provided,” said Kumar Sivakumaran, Vice President, Business Excellence.  “He has every detail looked after and really catered to our adjusters.  It was an easy deployment for us.”

Rob Seal, President and CEO Cunningham Lindsey Canada said, “We are proud to be able to bring our Canadian expertise to assist the thousands of people affected by this catastrophe.  Living in Canada, we are accustomed to the catastrophic effects some storms can cause.  We are eager to help in the process of getting our friends in Australia back on track.”
