FirstOnSite Restoration strengthens employee focus with newly-created role – Manager, Talent Acquisition

MISSISSAUGA, ON., Dec. 14, 2017 /insPRESS/  – FirstOnSite Restoration, Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration services provider, has strengthened its commitment to current and future employees with the creation of a new role: Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Filling the role is Leah Pearson, who will lead a coordinated approach to hiring and onboarding new employees and ensuring they experience an exceptional journey. Pearson will also work closely with the existing HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, who assist FirstOnSite branches across the country. In recent years, this team led the development of an employee-focused approach to company culture. Learning from an annual employee engagement survey, the team introduced industry leading benefits plans, employee recognition activities and a variety of other noteworthy programs that contribute to the overall health and wellness of the FirstOnSite team.
