Harold Stark joins EFI Global as project manager in Edmonton

EDMONTON, AB, FEB. 21, 2019/insPRESS/  EFI Global, a full-service international consulting firm specializing in forensic engineering, environmental, fire investigation and specialty consulting services, has appointed Harold Stark, M.Sc., EP, to the role of project manager in its Edmonton, Alberta, office.

Harold brings to EFI Global—a division of leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions Sedgwick—over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. His professional knowledge includes phase I, II and II environmental site assessment, emergency response, environmental inspections, auditing, environmental compliance and management of large environmental projects.

Stark brings to EFI Global previous work experience with a large pipeline company, which bolsters the team’s ability to support clients following oil and gas infrastructure events. He holds a bachelor’s degree with a specialization certificate in environmental physical sciences from the University of Alberta and earned a master’s degree through the university’s department of civil and environmental engineering.

According to Burgher, Stark will work closely with Steve Starna, EFI Global senior professional geoscientist in Edmonton, to grow the company’s operations in northern Alberta.
