TORONTO, April 6, 2018 /insPRESS/ – Accident Support Services International Ltd., facilitators of Collision Reporting to the insurance industry, has been working in partnership with insurance carriers and police across Ontario since 1994. We currently operate 33 Collision Reporting Centers in Ontario, Alberta and Virginia. 26 additional police jurisdictions utilize ASSI’s Collision Reporting and Occurrence Management System (CROMS) as their electronic collision and records management database.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong passion for customer service to join our head office team in North York as a Business Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering training programs internally and externally for insurers, police and engineers.
- Research target markets to prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Organize and attend operational meetings with clients.
- Attend industry meetings and work on special projects.
- Complete statistical analysis to prepare reports.
- Design and create marketing materials.
- Attend conference and trade shows across North America.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
- Must possess strong verbal, written communication (notetaking) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills – flexible, energetic, collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, punctual, highly motivated; a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficient, including graphic design and easily learn new cutting-edge software.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, meet deadlines, proactively solve problems and possess a strong work ethic.
- Must be bondable.
