MONTREAL, Nov. 24, 2017 /insPRESS/ –IndemniPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services, today announced organizational changes in Quebec. Enhancements to Quebec and the Atlantic region under the leadership of Suzie Godmer, Senior Vice President, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, have earned IndemniPro a reputation throughout the industry as a leader in client-centric culture and comprehensive claims solutions. After an exemplary 16 year career with IndemniPro, Ms. Godmer has decided leave her current position to join one of Canada’s largest insurers, effective January 2018. Consequently, IndemniPro has announced the following changes to leadership:
Christopher Tirrell, presently an Operations Manager for IndemniPro, will transition to the role of Vice President, Operations, for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. In this position, he will continue to develop services and claims solutions that support IndemniPro’s customer-focused philosophy. Mr. Tirrell has experience in both business development and operations and will work closely with Ms. Godmer in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Michel Lacelle, Regional Director, Quebec West, will become Vice President, Organizational Services. In this position, Mr. Lacelle will have specific accountabilities for integration of acquisitions in Quebec, shared services reporting, licensing for Quebec, development of IndemniPro’s Quebec Claims School, Emergency Claims Services management for both the Quebec and Atlantic regions, CAT operations in Quebec, and he will continue to provide oversight for the IndemniPro Specialty Risk Division in Quebec. Both Mr. Lacelle and Mr. Tirrell will report directly to Lorri Frederick, President of ClaimsPro/IndemniPro.
Suzie Godmer joined IndemniPro in 2001, where she began as an Adjuster and was later promoted to Branch Manager, then Vice President, Operations in Quebec, and eventually became Senior Vice President, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. She enhanced a crucial footprint for IndemniPro in Quebec and beyond, and helped to foster IndemniPro’s reputation as an industry leader in the region with an unparalleled focus on customer care.
