James Greenan, NEW Vancouver Branch Manager for On Side Restoration

Vancouver, BC – On Side Restoration is pleased to announce that effective today October 19th 2015, James Greenan has been promoted to Branch Manager, Vancouver, On Side’s corporate head office.

James Greenan began his career in the Lower Mainland constructing single family homes and in 1996 started out as a lead carpenter within the restoration industry. Over the next 14 years, James has worked for a small number of company’s as Operations Manager, Project Manager and Xactimate Implementation Officer for a firm’s estimating division. He also assisted and educated a number of insurance companies during this period to achieve and monitor KPI’s that were being implemented at the time. Greenan started with On Side Restoration in 2011 as a Project Manager and was appointed to Branch Manager, Abbotsford in 2013 and now Branch Manager, Vancouver, 2 years later.

“I’ve held several positions within the restoration sector and I’m sincerely looking forward to this new chapter in my career and assist with growth in our largest Branch” said Greenan. “My focus will be supporting our project management staff to achieve best in class performance across all categories such as reducing claim cycle times and improved KPI’s, always with a special emphasis on customer service levels, for both our clients and customers.”
