STRONE is very pleased to announce that Jim Picken has accepted the role of Branch Manager in Ottawa. Jim brings solid restoration experience and a strong work ethic to the job and will play a key role in taking the Ottawa branch to new levels of service, revenue, and profitability.
Since joining the STRONE Ottawa team as a Project Manager a few months ago, Jim has provided outstanding customer service and leadership on a daily basis within the branch. Jim credits fellow Ottawa staff with recent success and reason for confidence in the future. “There is an incredibly knowledgeable team to lead here in Ottawa and together we can make lasting relationships with the people that we serve every day,” states Picken.
