John Martin joins EFI Global Canada as a Senior Fire Investigator

TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2017 /insPRESS/ – EFI Global Canada is pleased to announce that John Martin will join the team as a Senior Fire Investigator. John will help to develop and implement our Fire Investigation Services. He is a certified fire and explosion investigator that will be responsible for investigating, assessing fire and explosion damage. Also handle determining the origin and cause of fires to vehicles, residential property and commercial property.

John is an Executive Board Member of the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators, and holds memberships in NFPA, Canadian Fire Safety Association, National Association of Fire Investigators and the London Adjusters Association. John is an experienced fire investigator with more than 15 years in fire investigating with fire inspections, staff training, document control, fire safety plan development and implementation, smoke alarm verification. He was also an instructor for fire safety inspection at Mohawk College. He is certified as a Fire Prevention Office, Fire Protection and Prevention from Ontario Fire College. He is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator with the National Association of Fire Investors, and has been trained for Building Construction for the Fire Service. He studied Fire Protection, Engineering, and Technology at Seneca College.

John will be based in the Woodstock, London area and also respond to fires in southern Ontario and the GTA as necessary.
