Chatham, Ontario – Kent & Essex Mutual Insurance Company introduces their online quoting experience to support their Broker Distribution Channel using Mutual Concept Computer Group’s (MCCG) Online Quoting Solution (OQS).  This solution, SwiftProtect, provides a complete online quoting tool for personal automobile and personal property products and leverages Kent & Essex’s current underwriting and rating rules contained within their Insurance Business Solution (IBS®) implementation.  This enhances Kent & Essex’s existing presence on the web by introducing an easy method for consumers to digitally initiate the sales process with their broker partner of choice.  It further provides a quick and easy quoting solution for Kent & Essex’s broker partners and is the first in a series of steps that Kent & Essex is taking to support their broker partners in the ‘experience economy’.
