VANCOUVER, B.C., April 1, 2019 insPRESS – Kernaghan Adjusters, a recognized leader in the field of claims adjustments in Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of Owen Watson BSc, CIP, Cert CII (London Market), to the newly created position of Vice President BC Operations.

Owen Watson joined Kernaghan Adjusters as our London Services Manager in 2017. In late 2018 his role extended to Director, Specialty Markets.  His new expanded role as Vice President BC Operations will focus on the entire BC market.  He will work with our BC Team and BC clients whose operations stretch out both nationally and globally.

Owen began his career in Vancouver as a claims examiner at Commonwealth Insurance in 2005. His portfolio of claims included complex property losses in the multi-million-dollar range.  Owen’s desire for growth took him to London, England where he gained valuable Lloyd’s experience at QBE. Managing a global portfolio of Third Party Administrators and Coverholders were part of his responsibilities.
