Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye Appointed Director, Human Resources With On Side Restoration

Vancouver, BC – Amandio Contreiras, Chief Operating Officer with On Side Restoration, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye as Director, Human Resources. Ms. Dei Cont-Oye assumed the role with On Side Restoration effective March 10, 2014 and is based out of the Vancouver corporate head office.
“Ms. Dei Cont-Oye brings excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and a multi-disciplinary approach to both the Human Resources role and the On Side Restoration business. As Director, Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye will lead the Human Resources function and play a pivotal role in strategic development and implementation of corporate Human Resources programs and policies to support on-going business needs. Her broad experience and success in multi-branch organizations will prove instrumental in fostering an environment for cohesive talent and business growth as her responsibilities also extend to the management of corporate governance, compensation, talent development and retention programs as well as competency, performance management, and organizational learning.

Prior to joining On Side Restoration, Dei Cont-Oye held several senior Human Resources roles with 7-Eleven; was Director Human Resources and Training with Ricky’s Family Restaurants and Manager Small Business Human Resources Solutions with Ceridian.
Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye holds an MBA Degree from Royal Roads University, is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS).
