MGB Claims Consultants Inc. is pleased to announce it has acquired ProFormance Group Insurance Solutions Inc. as part of an overall strategy for expansion to better service our clients and strengthen our presence in both the Lloyd’s of London and Canadian Marketplace.

Founded in 2008 ProFormance Group provides third party administration and adjusting services to the Insurance Industry. Known for their strong brand reputation, quality policies, and presence in the London Market, ProFormance’s values and mission align with MGB’s existing culture and growth plan.

MGB is excited to bring ProFormance into the fold to strengthen and expand their existing TPA Division. Founded in 2010, MGB was formed on the belief that a specialized adjusting firm is a unique and desirable option for the Commercial, Industrial and Specialty Risk Insurance Market.
