Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company and Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. have successfully completed their deployment of the Insurance Business Solution (IBS) at Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company

Simcoe, Ontario – Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company, in partnership with MCCG, have successfully completed their conversion and implementation of the Insurance Business Solution (IBS) into their business operations.  The IBS product will provide Norfolk with enhanced technology to service their policy holders and brokers, while delivering efficiencies to their internal operations.  Norfolk’s commitment to long term planning and relationships aligns with the principles established at MCCG.  By implementing the IBS solution, Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company joins the MCCG Mutual Client Community that represents more than 25 other mutual insurers across Canada.
