Opta and Applied CQ Rating Services Launch Applied ITV powered by iClarify Services
Toronto – Opta Information Intelligence, creators of iClarify, are proud to announce the integration of iClarify services, providing replacement cost values, directly into the Applied CQ Rating Services system under the “Applied ITV” brand.
This latest iteration of iClarify within Applied ITV (Insurance to Value) generates replacement cost values while automatically uploading verified construction features and property valuations directly into the CSIO habitational application. This data is immediately stored for Applied brokers within their Brokerage Management System and is seamlessly uploaded to the chosen underwriting company selected by the broker.

IClarify provides point of sale, online consumer validation, and valuation solutions in Canada. Applied ITV, powered by iClarify, reduces the home valuation process from approximately fifteen minutes to two minutes, providing an enhanced customer experience. Applied ITV provides accurate property replacement cost values, updated quarterly through extensive regional analysis of the largest Canadian total loss claims and insurance restoration costs data archives.
Applied has made available full integration of iClarify through Applied ITV across Canada for all Applied Customers commencing in June 2013.
