The owners and staff hold certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire Mitigation (FRST), Applied Microbial Remediation Tech (AMRT), Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS), and Fire and Odour Restoration. They are also certified in crime and trauma scene and biohazard cleanup, and contents cleaning, among others.
