RMS Welcomes Renee Johanns as Vice-President of Quality and Strategic Initiatives

ONTARIO – SCM Risk Management Services (RMS), Canada’s largest risk inspection company, announced today that it has appointed Renee Johanns as its Vice-President Quality and Strategic Initiatives, based out of its Markham, Ontario branch.

A knowledgeable and dynamic leader, Renee brings over 11 years of insurance industry experience developing business strategies, implementing profitability maximization plans, monitoring process and business execution, and leading market research. As a member of the RMS executive team, Renee will leverage her strong background to support the growth of the organization. Her leadership will empower the strategic development and execution of quality within RMS and enhance the development of strategic business initiatives within the RMS Annual Business plan. Renee will also be responsible for defining a strategy for the development and delivery of technical training, both internally and externally. 

Prior to joining RMS, Renee worked for a major national insurer as the Director of Strategy and Business Delivery, where she led a team responsible for the process of developing and executing national strategy for Commercial Insurance. She also has a background in Human Resources that includes supporting the executive team. Respected for her advanced leadership and organizational expertise, Renee excels at developing and planning business strategies and building strong business relationships. With her addition to RMS, clients can expect a strategic and energetic leader ready to develop and maintain quality standards of RMS product lines for inspection and evaluations, and adhere to internal standards and client service level agreements, as well as the provision and development of customer service via the client care center.
