Toronto, ON – Robertson Morris Consulting has expanded its practice to include brokerage consulting, including Principal Broker work. Robertson Morris, a federally incorporated company founded in 2014 by Peter Morris, provides specialised consulting services to the property and casualty insurance industry. These services include consulting on mergers and acquisitions, providing expert witness testimony, recruiting executive and technical personnel, and brokerage consulting.

Robertson Morris Consulting recently completed an assignment for a start-up brokerage. Peter Morris assisted the principals in drawing up a business plan. He then contacted potential markets and guided the owners through the process of obtaining contracts with selected carriers which allowed the brokerage to become RIBO-licensed.

In addition to other operational areas in which Robertson Morris will be able to assist brokerages, Peter Morris will now be able to serve as the Principal Broker for a licensed brokerage.
