Royal Claims Services has the pleasure to announce that we have expanded with the addition of two new team members; Norm Martin and Matt Woodall

LANGLEY, BC, Sept. 17, 2018 /insPRESS/ – Royal Claims is a licensed TPA firm operating out of Langley and Vancouver. The team led by Vince Pritchard and Mark Woodall has established a reputation for service and expertise. Expanding the team will allow Royal Claims to continue providing top notch service as well as prepare for growth.

Norm Martin graduated from Laurentian University in Sudbury Ontario with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1986 and launched directly into an Insurance Career as an Independent adjuster. He successfully earned his FCIP designation in 1996. After making a switch to the company side of the industry, Norm held Claims Manager positions for 14 years split between National and International Property and Casualty Insurers. He is a technically proficient claims professional with multi-line residential and commercial major loss claims handling experience. He is known for completing detailed coverage analysis and for the accurate interpretation of a wide variety of complex loss scenarios.

 

Matt Woodall obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree and then began his career in claims for a local auto insurance direct writer. He quickly progressed from a telephone adjuster to a claims manager in the Property department. Matt then shifted to become an examiner specializing in property claims. Over the coming years Matt would see a significant variety of property losses and played a large role in catastrophe scenarios. Matt brings a strong property background and looks to expand and grow his skills at Royal Claims.
