ServiceMaster Restore Receives Contractor Connection Top Performer Award

Mississauga, ON, June 25, 2019, InsPress/ – At the 2019 Contractor Connection Conference & Expo in Dallas, ServiceMaster Restore locations represented 15 of the 75 locations in the network across Canada that were recognized as top performers. Of those locations, five were nominated for the Top Performer Award. This special honour recognizes the top performing network members based on criteria that includes Contractor Connection’s rigorous Performance Objective Monitoring System (POMS) score, time in process (TIP), overall quality of service, cooperation and professionalism.

Congratulations to ServiceMaster Restore of Halifax for winning the Top Emergency Contractor for the Atlantic Region. The official Contractor Connection Conference guide recognized that this location had the lowest mitigation upload TIP on the Contractor Connection program, not only in Eastern Canada, but of all the top performers recognized across the country. Stephan Roy, National Director of ServiceMaster Restore commented, “In a field of over 700 contractors, that’s an amazing accomplishment and a testament to the commitment they have made to service excellence.”

Special recognition goes to the other nominated locations – ServiceMaster Restore of Northern New Brunswick was nominated for the Top Managed Repair Contractor for Eastern Region. They were recognized as having the second lowest upload TIP in Eastern Canada and the third lowest in Canada. ServiceMaster Restore of Tillsonburg was also nominated for Top Mitigation TIP for Central District and was recognized as second in the region and third across the country. ServiceMaster Restore of Fraser Valley and ServiceMaster Restore of Victoria were nominated for Top Emergency Contractor in the Western region and were recognized as second and third in the region respectively.
