MISSISSAUGA, ON, APRIL 22, 2019/insPRESS/ – ServiceMaster Restore is pleased to announce the addition of two new business development team members, Carla Pepe and Samantha Cooper to their industry leading brand.
Samantha and Carla will be responsible to provide exceptional client services to further strengthen existing relationships and build new partnerships as key representatives for ServiceMaster Restore. In their role they will provide sales activities and support, account management, and will be brand ambassadors that liaise with industry stakeholders within the Ontario market.
Carla joins the ServiceMaster family with a strong portfolio of customer service experience, most recently as a Director of Sales for the Chamber of Commerce and previously as an Account Manager with CRDN. While with CRDN, Carla developed relationships with client accounts within the disaster restoration industry. In her career she has also worked with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, as well as throughout the many parts of the world in the airline industry.
Samantha joins the team with a strong background in marketing and communications. In her previous role as a marketing manager in the restoration industry, she was focused on broker development and marketing plan initiatives for the network. In addition to her national advertising and digital brand marketing responsibilities, Samantha participated in industry functions and client relationships for the purpose of customer relations and driving revenue growth.
