SPECS Limited Announces Two New Appraisers in the Ontario Region

Edmonton, AB – SPECS Limited, the country’s leading provider of independent property damage and consulting services is pleased to announce that two new appraisers have joined our Ontario team. Norm Gagnon has joined our office in Burlington, ON and Paul Berry has joined our team and will be based in Ottawa, ON. SPECS now has 8 appraisers serving the Ontario market and all report to Dave Riddell, Ontario Regional Manager.

Norm Gagnon

Norm has 25 years experience in property management, claims adjusting and restoration. Most recently Norm was Operations Manager for National Restorations and has also served in senior roles in project management with Strone and First on Site. Norm has IICRC certifications in fire and smoke, water, structured drying, safety, microbial control and odour control.

Paul Berry

Paul has senior project management experience at Nortel Inc and most recently in construction as a site supervisor with Nova Tech Construction and Restoration. Paul is a graduate of Seneca College with diplomas in Civil Engineering Technology and Electronics Engineering Technology.
