Langley BC – SPECS Limited, the country’s leading provider of independent property damage and consulting services, is pleased to announce Lucy Railton has joined the SPECS team as Director of Sales and Marketing. Lucy is located in the Burlington, Ontario office.

Previously, Lucy was the Director of Sales and Marketing for an emergency mass notification system provider sold to business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management professionals. Lucy was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic sales and marketing strategy. Before that she held other senior management roles and was responsible for leading the planning and execution of Canada’s national advertising and brand marketing strategies for Konica Minolta.

Lucy understands how fundamentally important it is that sales and marketing teams be aligned—and strives to cultivate alignment through development of data driven processes and strategies.
