Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation welcomes Georgiana Chen as National Account Manager

With more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Chen is committed to establishing and maintaining relationships with new clients in varied industries seeking risk mitigation solutions.

Prior to her appointment with Xpera, Ms. Chen held several positions at a national insurance services provider, including Senior Accident Benefit Adjuster, Account Executive, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, she was responsible for managing and providing support for her clients, developing and maintaining client service agreements, and directing strategic planning programs across the entire organization. Ms. Chen’s dedication to client service and well-rounded experience in the industry make her ideal for this position with Xpera.

In this new position, Ms. Chen is responsible for providing clients with comprehensive strategies and solutions to help mitigate existing and potential risk.
