It’s a well-known fact that the insurance industry is going through a major transitional period right now, as organizations fight to keep, reclaim or find their stake in the marketplace. One such organization is Chubb – ACE Ltd. acquired the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in January 2016, six months after a surprise announcement of the deal. The new company, which is called Chubb, is now the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer.
