The claims adjuster has grouped its Ontario branches into hubs based on geographic proximity and service reach, according to an announcement released by the company. These newly established service hubs consist of two in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) divided into the northern and western region as well as West Ontario. These all serve as the central location for the surrounding branches.

Mary Charman will take on the role of manager for the North GTA branch hub, which includes branches in Newmarket, Barrie, Orangeville and Huntsville. Charman has spent 22 years with Crawford and holds executive positions with both the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association and the Ontario Independent Adjusters Association.
