Hi-Alta keeping busy

Hi-Alta Capital continues expanding its reach through broker consolidation. The TSE-listed company has announced a series of new acquisitions in Saskatchewan and Alberta. The company has purchased two Calgary-area brokerages Shackleton Insurance Ltd. in Olds, north of Calgary, and Wilson, Krochak & Broadbent Agencies Ltd., in Brooks, east of Calgary. The company also announced the acquisition of Eldon Ray Insurance & Real Estate (1989) Ltd.., in Beaverlodge, Alberta and Prairie Agencies Ltd., a brokerage located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
