Accident benefits claim adjusters and managers attended the first part of an educational series hosted by vpi on Nov. 5.

The theme of the day was: “The New SABS – Keeping the Adjuster in the Driver’s Seat.”

Four speakers outlined strategic steps adjusters can take to reduce time and cost in claims management.

Speakers included: Philippa Samworth, partner, Dutton Brock; Dean Tripp, associate professor, Queen’s University; Viivi Riis, senior health advisor, IBC; and Sean Slater, general manager of vpi.
