PIPA ANNUAL CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON, DECEMBER 10, 2013

On December 10, 2013, the Portuguese Insurance Professionals Association (PIPA) held its Annual Christmas Luncheon at Donatello’s Restaurant in Toronto, with almost 50 people in attendance. PIPA is a non-profit organization in the province of Ontario with the following goals: To promote the insurance industry as a solid and rewarding career to young students of Portuguese descent who are presently attending Grade 12, or post-secondary education and to encourage/support academic excellence by providing scholarships to students of Portuguese descent who are taking insurance courses at the post-secondary level, or at the Insurance Institute of Ontario; and to foster and promote professionalism by providing an outlet for networking opportunities that will enable the development and strengthening of relationships within the insurance industry.
