Jiwan brings over 10 years of experience in consulting, engineering and construction management to 30 Forensic Engineering, primarily working on advisory roles to resolve construction disputes of complex nature and size.
Having begun his career in Civil Engineering, Jiwan gained extensive experience in preparing and evaluating construction claims (delay, lost productivity and acceleration). Moreover, Jiwan has prepared numerous expert reports for court, legal counsel, executives, sureties and boards. He has represented both owners (public and private) and contractors for commercial matters ranging in value from $10 million to over $250 million.
