TORONTO — February, 2016 — Creechurch Underwriters, a leading underwriter of specialty insurance in Canada, proudly announces the promotion of Nancy Brady to Vice President, Professional Liability.
Nancy studied Political Science at Carleton University prior to joining the insurance industry in May of 1988 with a leading MGA in Ottawa. She spent two years working on construction risks and began underwriting Architects and Engineers professional liability risks in 1990. Nancy held progressive positions with two of the largest writers of A&E business in Canada.
In 2005, Nancy joined Creechurch Underwriters to develop the Professional Errors and Omissions book of business. In 2011 Nancy was appointed Assistant Vice President, Professional Liability, overseeing a variety of classes of business, including A & E, Medical Malpractice Liability and Miscellaneous Errors & Omissions. She holds a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation though the Insurance Institute of Canada as well as a CRM (Canadian Risk Manager) from the Global Risk Management Institute.
