Ben Isotta-Riches, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Aviva Canada Inc., has worked within the Aviva group for over 12 years in a wide range of roles across the group’s UK Life, UK General insurance and Group head office, most recently working as Digital CIO focused on the development of digital technology for consumers.

“We are quite pleased to welcome Ben to the CSIO Board,” states Harman. “Ben’s proven track record of IT success – which includes a number of award-winning technology solutions used internationally across the Aviva group – will no doubt help CSIO fulfill its strategic mandate to deliver leading-edge technology standards and solutions to the broker channel.”

As a longstanding member of CSIO, Aviva Canada Inc. maintains its support for the development and implementation of standards in Canada and will continue to strengthen the depth and representation of the Board.
