FirstOnSite Restoration Strengthens Senior Leadership with Dedicated Insurance Appointments

Tara Morissette joins as VP, National Accounts and Shane Swinson appointed to newly created role of SVP, Insurance

(MISSISSAUGA, Ontario) – FirstOnSite Restoration, Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration services provider, is pleased to announce it has made two national senior leadership appointments. Tara Morissette joins the company as Vice President, National Accounts, and Shane Swinson has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Insurance Portfolio.

In the newly created role of Vice President, National Accounts, Tara Morissette will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing dedicated insurance accounts, while simultaneously strengthening FirstOnSite’s customer relationships as the primary point of contact for her key customers.

With more than 15 years of dedicated experience, Morissette has become a trusted name across the insurance industry. Most recently, she was responsible for building key client relationships, growing revenue, and conducting territorial competitive analysis as Director of Business Development at Pario Engineering and Environmental Sciences. Tara has also held management roles at ClaimsPro Inc. and Zurich Insurance.

Shane Swinson is now Senior Vice President, Insurance Portfolio at FirstOnSite Restoration. Shane has been a member of the FirstOnSite Restoration team since June 2015, and is a well-known industry leader. As a Senior Vice President, Shane is responsible for designing and delivering the best customer experience programs for FirstOnSite’s insurance-related customers. He works closely internally with executives and regional leaders to make this happen.
