Anthony Clark announces private placement (February 01, 2006)

Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd. (TSX: ACL) recently implemented a non-brokered private placement of up to 334,000 units at a price of $0.60 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $200,400.
The general insurance broker reports that each unit will be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. The holder of each share purchase warrant will be entitled to purchase one common share at the price of $0.80 per share for one year after the date of the closing of the transaction.
Anthony Clark will allow holders to pay a finder’s fee in respect of the private placement.
The total net proceeds raised from this private placement will be used for working capital purposes.
The completion of the above noted private placement is subject to the review and approval of the same by the TSX.
