Aviva Canada launched a new Web site, designed for use on smartphones or other mobile devices.
The new site can be accessed by visiting avivacanada.com from any browser-enabled smartphone, not just iPhones or Blackberries.
Key features of the new mobile Web site include:
• a local auto service station or contractor locator;
• the ability to call Aviva’s claims reporting line to start the claims process; and
• a search function for a local insurance broker.
“Our expansion allows the growing number of Canadians who use smartphones and other mobile devices greater access to Aviva Canada’s services,” said Debra Ambrose, senior vice president of national sales and marketing at Aviva Canada.
“The Web site provides our brokers with another value-add that they can discuss with their customers.”
