CoVirt adds 20 insurance agency distributors to team

Total integrated solution advisor and client manager for brokerages CoVirt Inc. (Canada) recently initiated the production of 20 independently owned insurance agency Equinox Marketing Centers that work through Equinox to sell products for insurance company partners.
Tim Fitzpatrick, President of CoVirt Inc. says each marketing centre has a standalone VirtGate database and supporting web site and each has a direct service agreement with CoVirt, like any other member distributor (MGA and brokers).
Fitzpatrick explains that while both the Equinox and non-Equinox business is managed through VirtGate, the difference is that Equinox is the first-level service provider to the Marketing Centre for VirtGate, on CoVirt’s behalf. Equinox businesses, he says, provide value added services to the marketing center.
“The seven new Qubec Equinox sites combined with our direct client accounts puts VirtGate on par in Quebec with any other agency management solution,” Fitzpatrick says. “What’s more, there are over 50 VirtGate client sites across all of Canada and we are still growing rapidly.”
