First General Services Canada takes over North American First General Service Network

First General Enterprises (Ontario) Ltd., which operates as First General Services Canada, has taken over the management of the entire North American First General Services network, effective immediately.
“This acquisition creates a truly unique North American network of restoration contractors,” says chief executive officer Michael Flatt. “It is the only North American network run uniformly out of Canada.”
Promotion of the new combined network will begin on Sept. 7 at the Connections conference and tradeshow in Las Vegas.
In addition to taking over the management of the North American network, First General Enterprises (Ontario) Ltd. is looking to grow the brand throughout North America, expanding its presence beyond the 104 markets that it currently serves.
The North American management team includes Flatt, Kyle Urech (Chief Operating Officer, Canada), Lou Abbruzzese (VP Technical Services) and David Hoffman (VP American Operations).
