HUB International Phoenix Insurance Brokers inks exclusive agreement with two Western new home warranty companies

HUB International Phoenix Insurance Brokers and Progressive Home Warranty (PHW) are joining forces in an exclusive agreement that will see HUB International Phoenix Insurance Brokers offer commercial and personal insurance with group rates to all members of Pacific Home Warranty in British Columbia and Progressive Home Warranty in Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
Progressive Home Warranty is based in St. Albert, Alberta, while Pacific Home Warranty is located in Surrey, B.C. The companies began operation in 2004, and provide new home warranty coverage for homes constructed by their 2,000 member builders across Western
Canada.
HUB International Phoenix Insurance Brokers will offer various forms of commercial insurance to members of Progressive and Pacific Home Warranty, including course of construction, liability, contractor’s equipment insurance, risk management and loss control and bonding.
In addition, member builders will obtain good rates on their personal home and auto insurance, and will be able to pass these same rates on to their sub-contractors and homebuyers.
