IBAO announces 2012 dates for ‘Beyond Best in Class’

Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) has announced its 2012 dates for its five-part development program, Beyond Best in Class (BBiC).

The 2012 offering will be limited to 40 brokerages. Each offering will have geographical restrictions in place so competing brokerages will not be present in the same session.

Each session begins with a collaborative information-sharing session on the shifting landscape of consumer expectations, as well as an in-depth review of consumer intelligence reports.

“There are dynamic discovery exercises that bring real issues and challenges to the forefront in order to address and overcome them,” an IBAO release says.

“BBiC provides participants with the knowledge, insights and tools to encourage brokers to ‘change the way they think’ about their employees, clients, insurance company partners and day-to-day business operations.”

The 2012 sessions include:

• Toronto, March 27-29 and June 27-28;
• Barrie, May 15-17 and September 6-7;
• Cambridge, Sept. 26-27 and Jan. 23-24, 2013; and
• Niagara, Dec. 4-6 and March 6-7, 2013.
