ING Canada appoints new cfo

ING Canada (TSX – IIC.LV) ha appointed Mark Tullis as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Tullis will replace Mike Cunningham in March 2006, who will
retire from ING after 15 years of service.
Currently, since joining ING Americas in 1999, Tullis is president of ING US Institutional Businesses and a member of ING Canada’s Board of Directors. Previously, he served ING Americas as executive vice president
strategic marketing, chief financial officer and chief of staff. He also played an active role in the significant M&A transactions that took place during his tenure both in the States and in Latin America.
Before joining ING, Tullis was executive vice president and chief
actuary at Primerica, a subsidiary of CitiGroup. He holds BSc degree in mathematics and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He is also a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
