Peter Garvey, president of Integro Insurance Brokers, has assumed the additional role of CEO following the resignation of Roger Egan for undisclosed reasons.
“As president of Integro since its inception, Pete has had responsibility for our professional staff and client service,” said Bob Clements, chairman of Integro. “I have the utmost confidence in him. Roger Egan was an exceptional colleague and remains a friend,” he added.
John Chippindale, Integro (Canada) Ltd’s former managing director and president, has joined HKMB Hub International in the role of vice chair.
Chippindale, prior to joining Integro (Canada) in 2005, was Marsh’s Canadian chairman, an HKMB Hub release says.
“We are very excited to have John join our team,” said Neil Morrison, CEO of HKMB Hub International. “Chip’s ability to develop relationships, work with a broad range of people, uncover opportunities and communicate our unique value proposition to existing and prospective clients is a tremendous asset to our expanding business.”
Earlier this month, Robert Dunn was appointed chairman of Integro (Canada) Ltd. and Mark Rankin was named president of Integro (Canada) Ltd.
