Lana Wood resigns as president of Western Financial Group

Lana Wood is resigning as president of Western Financial Group (Network) Inc., effective Nov. 30, for undisclosed reasons.
President and CEO Scott Tannas will assume Wood’s responsibilities on an interim basis. The company will be conducting an executive search both externally and internally in order to staff the position on a permanent basis.
In announcing Wood’s departure, Tannas said: “Lana’s dedication, hard work and strategic insight have been central to Western Financial’s rapid growth. We could not have achieved our current level of success without Lana, and while I am saddened to see her leave I know Lana is looking forward to new challenges and opportunities.”
Wood joined Western Financial Group in 2004.
