Odyssey Re declares quarterly dividend

On the back of strong second-quarter 2003 results, Fairfax’s Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. (TSX, NYSE: ORH) says it will pay a cash dividend of $0.025 per share. The dividend is payable on September 30, to stockholders of record as of September 16.
The company recently reported net earnings of US$112.7 million for the second quarter, or US$1.73 per share.
