SCM launches iClarify services to Alberta brokers

SCM Risk Management Services (RMS) has launched iClarify services to Alberta brokers using the Compu-Quote and PowerQuote platforms.

The initial launch focuses on Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Red Deer and Medicine Hat, with enhanced data and imagery continuing to go live throughout 2012.

“We are excited to offer iClarify’s residential data validation platform to Alberta brokers and announce that iClarify is now available to 90% of brokers across the country through Compu-Quote and PowerSoft,” says Jeff Sutton, national director of iClarify. “The service will continue to expand from coast-to-coast throughout 2012, providing brokers with more actionable intelligence through enhanced data and imagery than ever before,” Sutton adds.

iClarify uses proprietary data derived from repositories of total loss claims and inspection data nationwide. The data is used to generate 14 critical construction data elements for brokers while also providing accurate, geo-coded streetscape and satellite imagery.
