Audatex announced the appointment of Rick Tuuri as associate vice president of industry relations. Tuuri will serve as a central point of contact for all industry-related opportunities in North America, working with his counterparts around the globe. A 28-year veteran of the collision industry, Tuuri joins the claims processing company based in Canada and the U.S. from I-Car where he served as director of business development for the past four years. We are excited to add to the Audatex team a leader with such a strong background in industry relations, Tony Aquila, founder, chairman and CEO of Solera, Audatexs parent company, said in a statement. His unique dedication and commitment to the industry were key elements in our desire to add him to the team and will serve Audatex clients and the industry well in this new position.

Marsh Inc. announced the appointment of chief operating officers (COO) for three of its core business sectors. The executives are: Patricia Hagemann as COO of the Americas; David Lessing as COO of U.S. middle market; and Philip Petronis as COO of global products and services management. Hagemann has been charged with driving process enhancements and operating efficiencies throughout the firms extensive operations in the Americas. Previously, she was the chief financial officer of North America operations.
