AMAC Consultants Inc. announced the appointment of Paul M. Green as vice president, in a bid to strengthen its national presence.
Green will primarily be responsible for growing the firms Ontario business and serving its clients in Easter Canada from AMACs downtown Toronto office.
Prior to joining AMAC, Green was director, corporate marketing and broker management with Royl & Sun Alliance Insurance Company and has more than 31 years experience in business development and broker relationship management on a national level with a number of insurers.
He has been a member of the National CIP Society Council and is a past president of the Insurance Institute of Ontario and past regional vice chair for Canada.
AMAC is a Vancouver-based general management consulting firm providing merger and acquisition, executive search and other specialised services to the insurance industry nationwide.

Risk Management Solutions (RMS) has announced the appointment of Robert Bentley as its first chief operating officer (COO).
Bentley previously served as the global COO at Guy Carpenter & Company LLC, in his new role he will be responsible for all operational aspects of RMS and will report directly to Hemant Shah, president and CEO of RMS.
Rob is uniquely qualified for this role, Shah said in a statement. He has the experience of being the COO of a dynamic, global organization, and has a deep understanding of RMS people and products, and our position is in the marketplace, having had a long-standing relationship with our company.
