Jeffrey T. Bowman has been named president and CEO of Crawford & Company, effective Jan. 1, 2008.
The current president and CEO, Thomas W. Crawford, will serve as chairman of the board, while current chair, Jesse Crawford, will step down and remain chairman of the executive committee, according to a Crawford release.
Bowman joined the Crawford team in 1990 and has held a number of executive positions since that time. Most recently, he was the chief operating officer of Crawfords global property and casualty unit.
“Jeff has provided me with excellent advice and insight over the past three years, and I’m delighted that our board agreed with my recommendation that Jeff succeed me,” Thomas W. Crawford, said in the release.
“Jeffs long history of success coupled with his experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and vision will be tremendous assets as he leads Crawford & Company.”

Integro Insurance Brokers has added a team of specialists to its Montreal office dedicated to the financial institutions business segment and management risk solutions.
Gilles Felton, Louise Brunet and Valerie Manzo have joined Integro from Aon, and will serve as chartered insurance brokers and as senior associate and consultant, respectively, an Integro statement says.
“Gilles, Louise and Valerie bring a depth of experience and a history of providing workable executive solutions to financial institutions,
