Rebecca Ritchey has joined The Applied Systems Client Network (ASCnet) as director of communications.
Ritchey joins ASCnet with 14 years of experience in communications, including marketing, sales, public relations and training while specializing in strategic marketing partnerships.
She has hosted, produced and marketed television programs and acted as national and international spokesperson for the $8 billion Florida citrus industry.

OARBIC Solutions Inc. (OARBIC) will distribute, install and support Picom Software Systems Ltd.’s (Picom) content archive and delivery solutions to the insurance marketplace, according to of a distribution agreement covering Canada and selected regions in the U.S.
Picom’s enterprise content archive & delivery platform creates centralized audit-proof repository with powerful search and retrieval capabilities to corporate documents, reports and images via portal technology.
“I’m amazed at how deep and mature the software is, and it works with any legacy or modern system in place today,” Anthony Kumnick, founder and managing Partner of OARBIC, said in a press release. “We are very excited to be selected by Picom to represent and support them in North America. This fits perfectly with our growth strategy.”
OARBIC has been serving the property and casualty insurance industry as a technology consultant for more than eight years.
Picom, an Israeli-based software company, began developing its insurance solutions in early 2000 and has a number of installations in the U.S, Greece, Cyprus and Israel.
