ACE Canada has expanded its International Executive Assistance Services product to include emergency political evacuation and concierge services.
Political evacuation coverage is automatically provided to reimburse an insured’s covered costs up to a policy limit, according to ACE.
Additionally, a new online portal for travel preparation information is available. These enhancements are available at no additional premium to Canadian-based companies, non-profit organizations and educations institutions with ACE Canada International Advantage Package Policies, the company notes.
Executive Assistance Services include:
• 24/7 access to emergency medical, personal, legal, travel and concierge services, and emergency medical and political evacuation or repatriation.
• International toll-free calling from more than 40 countries, as well as Canada and the United States.
• Unlimited access to proprietary e-Services, including global security, health and travel information, printable ID cards and passport stickers.

Tim Ponton has been appointed regional vice president of the Western Canadian region with Winmar Franchise Corp.
Ponton brings with him 28 years of management, administration and adjuster experience with major independent claims management organizations.
