Lecavalier has launched the first online catalog of recycled auto parts.
The site will allow everyone to save an average of 50%, compared to the cost of an original new part, according to the company.
Additionally, the purchase of a green product helps to prevent waste.
Lecavalier recycles more than 12,000 vehicles that have been involved in accidents, obtained from insurers and auctions, which are then disassembled into parts for resale.
The company manages 102,000 different products, in addition to warranty programs, delivery routes and clientele.
Their three clientele include B2B, B2C and B2I, the latter of which is restricted to insurers who are the primary consumer of recycled body parts.

Business owners might need to change the way they conduct business in order to prepare for the effects of a swine flu pandemic, according to Zurich.
Companies should follow strategic steps to help mitigate exposure and minimize impact, Zurich says. These include:
• developing a pandemic action plan committee to review, plan and oversee a response to a potential pandemic and how to minimize spread within the workplace;
• identifying critical processes and function that must continue in order for the business to remain viable and which functions can be automated or managed remotely;
• evaluating suppliers and customers and developing a contingency plan on how to operate if suppliers are not available;
• developing communication plans and keeping employees informed; and
• reviewing sick leave policies, encouraging ill employees to remain home, considering having critical employees work in isolation or remotely and considering social distancing between workstations.
